Chilli chicken dry Chilli Chicken – Restaurant Style

It is an indo chinese dish mouthwatering and very quick to prepare.
Ingredients
Chicken (boneless)…………………250 g
Egg………………………………………..1
Flour(maida)…………………………..1/2 cup
Corn flour……………………………….2 Tbsp
Capsicum………………………………1 large (cut into cubes)
Onion…………………………………….2 medium (cut in to cubes)
Salt……………………………………….to taste
Ginger…………………………………..1 tbsp(chopped)
Garlic……………………………………1 tbsp(chopped)
Schezwan sauce………………….. 1 tsp
Green chilli sauce………………… 1 tsp
Soya sauce………………………….. 1 tsp
Orange colour………………… …….one pinch
White pepper powder…………….1/2 tsp
Green chilli………………………….. 3 cut
Ajinomoto…………………………….1/2 tsp (optional )
Oil………………………………………..for frying and seasoning
Method
1)Take an egg in a bowl and beat it.
2 )Add maida, ajinomoto,white pepper,salt,soya sauce,schezwan sauce,cornflour powder. add little bit of water and orange red colour,mix all these things well to make a batter.
3)Put all the chicken pieces in the batter.
4) Take a pan and heat up the oil to fry chicken pieces. fry all the chicken pieces on high flame.
5) Take another pan put oil and heat it. put ginger, garlic and fry them until they become golden brown.
6) Add onion, capsicum,green chilli and fry them for 1-2 Min.
7) Put all fried chicken pieces in to the pan.
8) Add salt, soya sauce, schezwan sauce, green chilli sauce, ajinomoto, and white pepper and mix well.
9) Put diluted cornflour and mix well.
