Ingredients :
1 banana
Blueberries fresh
2 tbs Oats
Honey
1 cup Soya Milk (You can take Almond milk or any other milk)

Method:
Take a mixie jar
Take banana cut in pieces
Add Blueberries
Very healthy
Anti-oxidants in berries keeps you young
Add Oats
Add some honey
Add soya milk
Churn it all in the mixie.
Smoothie is ready
Serve it in a bowl
Garnish with Granola, Almonds and Blueberries
