How to make Chicken recipes | Gongura Chicken Recipe | :
Heat a bowl and pour 1/2 a glass of water. Add washed gongura in the bowl and boil. After the leaves are completely cooked, squish it until it becomes pasty.
In a different pan add three table spoons oil and heat it. Add one spoon cumin seeds and fry. Add onions and fry. Add green chillies.
Add turmeric and ginger garlic paste and let it cook. Add the chicken pieces. Let the chicken cook in the oil for some time.
After the chicken is cooked sufficiently add 2 spoons red chilli powder and salt to taste.
Add one and half spoon coriander powder. Mix it well. Add the previously prepared gongura paste and mix well. Add some water for gravy. Let it cook for 10 minutes.
Add garam masala. Garnish with coriander leaves.
