Marinated Grilled Chicken Recipe:

These are the ingredients you are going to need:
Chicken Breasts (about 4-5 ounces or 120-140 grams each) or Chicken thighs if you like.
Ghee or Butter Or you can use olive oil (as needed)
Marinade indgredients:
1 tbsp Hot Chili Sauce
1 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
1.5 tbsp Mayonnaise
1/2 tsp Ground Pepper (Black or White)
1/2 tbsp Oyster Sauce
1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
1 tbsp Vinegar
1 Garlic clove
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Sugar

Step 1: Preparing the marinade:
Blend all the marinade ingredients together and you will get This marinade.

Step 2: Marinating the chicken:
Pour the marinade on to the chicken breasts and make sure each piece of chicken is properly coated.

Then cover it with cling film. (I ran out of cling film so I’m using foil paper).

Store it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes and let it marinate. If possible, its better to keep it like this for about two hours.

Step 3: Grill:
Once, your chicken is ready, you need to prepare the girll or oven.

Cover the oven tray with foil paper. Apply the ghee or butter on to it. If you want, you can use olive oil instead of ghee or butter. If you are using a grill, you would apply the oil directly on to heated grill with a brush.
Then, take the chicken out of the fridge, place it onto the tray or grill. Make sure, it is properly heated up before you place the chicken on it. Don’t let the pieces of chicken stick to one another.

Once, that is done, place the tray into the oven. Let it cook for 45 minutes at 375 degree farenheit or about 190 degree celcius. Half way through (after about 20 mintues) turn the chicken around so that it is cooked evenly.

When the other side is also done, our grilled chicken is ready to serve.
