Veggies used :
(you can use any veggies you want)
Spinach – Great source of fiber , zero in cholesterol
Cabbage – Anti-oxidant , ideal for weightloss
Green bell pepper – Great source of Vit. C and E
Mint – Helps in digestion
Whole wheat pasta – Great source of carbs
Dressing recipe :
Squeeze a whole lemon , add a few drops of honey (in the few proportion of 2:1) , add black pepper.
This salad recipe is highly recommended to include once or twice in your lunch
