1. 1 Kg Chicken (चिकन)
2. 2 tbsp Lemon Juice (नींबू का रस)
3. 1/2 tsp Turmeric (हल्दी)
4. 1 tbsp Salt (नमक)
5. 2 tbsp Red Chilli Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर)
6. 15 Shredded Garlic (कटा हुआ लहसुन)
7. 60 gms Curd (दही)
8. 4 tbsp Oil [2 tbsp now and 2 tbsp later]
9. 1 Bay Leaf (तेज पत्ता)
10. 2 Cinnamon Stick (दालचीनी)
11. 1 tsp Hot Spices Powder (गरम मसाला पावडर)
12. 5 Cloves (लौंग)
13. 4 medium sized onions (प्याज)
14. 3 Tomatoes (टमाटर)
15. 1.5 tbsp Grated Coconut (किसा हुआ नारियल)
