Year 2019 is about to end and it’s the time to welcome the new year with celebrations with your family and friends. Hope this coming year may bring all the happiness, good health and properity to your life.
Do-peyaza or Do-peyaji means a particular dish where the onions are added twice and it may be anytime during the entire recipe. Some people prefers to add raw onions in sliced, chopped or in paste form to add them to the dish. But I prefer to use fried onions or “Beresta” instaed in my recipe of “Chicken Dopeyaza”. The term “Hariyali” is used because it’s having loads of green peas being added to the chicken keeping the wintery factor in the dish.
You must be planning for some get-to-gethers and parties with your near and dear ones in this year end. Then treat them this delicious and mouthwatering Chicken dish which will need some very basic ingredients that are easily available in your kitchen and surprise them with your cooking skills. Trust me, this dish will surely double your enjoyment and everyone will love this.
