BEST Smoothie Recipe | Thick Smoothie | Favorite Breakfast


I make myself this delicious, thick smoothie 3 days a week for my breakfast. It’s so easy to make a smoothie and take it to work with me. I never would have put these three fruits together if it wasn’t for the store being out of strawberries once. It has taken me a solid year to perfect this smoothie and I think I finally have the BEST smoothie recipe to share with you all.

I do not measure my ingredients, I just wing it and hope for the best. Experiment with the ratio and see what you like best!

The type/brand of yogurt you use is SUPER important to the taste of your smoothie, this is your base. You need to LOVE the taste of the yogurt without adding anything to it. I like the essentials daily (Cub Foods brand) blended vanilla yogurt. I have tried many other kinds and brands and this one seems to have the best base for my smoothies.
