CHOCOLATE BANANA SMOOTHIE:
Ingredients :

-1 banana, sliced
-1 tbsp honey
-2 tbsp cocoa powder, unsweetened
-1 tsp vanilla extract / essence
-1 cup cold milk (low fat)
– Chopped nuts (Walnut/Cashews/Almonds)

METHOD:
– Firstly, in a blender take 1 ripened banana.
– Now add 1 tbsp honey, 2 tbsp cocoa powder, 1 tsp vanilla extract and 1 cup cold milk.
– blend smooth making sure bananas and blended well.
finally, pour chocolate banana smoothie in a serving jar , garnish with chopped nuts of your choice and enjoy.
