Here is the easy and simple way of making Chicken Roast || ചിക്കൻ റോസ്റ്റ് || चिकन रोस्ट रेसिपी || ചിക്കൻ വരട്ടിയത്.. ????

Ingredients :

Fresh Chicken – 600 grm
Onion – 6 Small
Oil – 3 Tbsp
Ginger – Garlic Paste – 1 Tbsp
Green Chillies – 4
Curry Leaves
Turmeric Powder – 1/2 Tsp
Coriander Powder – 1 Tsp
Chilly Powder – 2 Tsp
Vinegar – 1/2 Tsp
Garam Masala – 1/2 Tsp
(**Using of Coconut Oil is the best for all authentic Kerala recipes)?❤️?

Method :

(1) Clean and cut Chicken into Medium size pieces.
(2) Heat Oil in a pan & saute Ginger – Garlic paste on a low flame till it become slight brown.
(3) Add Onions & little Salt and saute it till become Golden Brown. Den add Green Chillies & Curry Leaves – Saute well.
(4) Add Turmeric Powder, Chilly Powder and Coriander Powder. Den add 1/2 Cup Hot Water & Mix Well.
(5) Cover & Cook till oil separates.
(6) Add chicken pieces, salt & few curry leaves. Mix well. No need of Adding Water.
?[Cook the chicken on a low flame with its lid Close – It will help the water to drain out from the Chicken]?
(7) Close the vessel and cook on low flame for half an hour – Cook chicken completely.
(8) Add Vinegar – Lower the flame and dry roast the chicken for another 15 minutes until it completely dries out and start browning.
(9) When the chicken has roasted and most of the water has been cooked off, add the garam masala powder and mix well. 
(10) Garnish Kerala Style Chicken Roast with curry leaves. Once done, turn off the heat and transfer the Kerala Chicken Roast to a serving bowl.. ???

Serve Kerala Style Chicken Roast hot !!! Enjoy !!!! ??
