The Easiest Baked Chicken Breast!

INGREDIENTS:

1 pound chicken breast
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon garlic, diced
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon thyme
1 tablespoon rosemary

INSTRUCTIONS:

Pound chicken breasts lightly so they are about even in thickness.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl with chicken.

Place in the refrigerator to marinate for 1-3 hours (the longer, the better).

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place marinated chicken on a baking sheet and cook for about 15-20 minutes (depending on the size of your chicken breasts), or until cooked through. Let cool for about 10 minutes before cutting.

*Serve alongside veggies on low carb days or veggies and rice on high carb day!
