INGREDIENTS
1/2 KG Chicken(marinated)
Dried Khada Masala Paste
5-6 Spoon Oil
3-4 Onion
1/2 tsp Saoji Masala
2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1/4 tsp Haldi Powder
2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1/2 cup Coriander Leaves

Method
1. Take 1/2 KG chicken, wash it well with water
2. Marinate chicken and keep it for 1/2 hr
3. Heat the oil in pan, add mustard seed and cumins seed
4. Add khada masala paste, ginger garlic paste in oil then mix it well and cook it for 10 minutes
5. Add red chili powder, turmeric powder, saoji masala, coriander powder, and add salt
6. Add marinated chicken, mix it well, and cover the lid for 10 minutes
7. Stir it then again cook it for 10 minutes
8. Add 2 cups water and cook it for 10 minutes and garnish chicken with coriander leaves.
