Green Smoothies! by Dr. Sirisha Potluri


Hello everyone, thanks for watching my first video. I just picked up my phone and filmed this green smoothie I was craving this morning. Many more plant-based videos coming soon!
Here is the recipe for this one:
6 cups of organic baby spinach
Frozen fruit ( 1 cup of organic frozen mango chunks, 1cup of frozen berries, 1 tablespoon of flax seeds, 1 teaspoon of broccoli seeds ( optional) 2 inches of ginger root, 2 big cups of water , 1/4 cup of frozen almla pieces , 1 Banana or 2-3 dates ( optional)

Blends the best in Vitamix . If using fresh fruit, make sure to use ice , this smoothie Tastes best cold.
