Steps and Ingredients on how to prepare the mouthwatering filipino dish Beef Nilaga in Bulalo Style
1 kilo of Beef Buto buto
1 whole cabbage
3 Stacks Pechay
2 Potato
3 Cardava Banana(Saging Saba)
Scallion – (Dahon ng sibuyas)
1 Sweetcorn
1 tbsp Whole Pepper
2 tbsp Salt
Steps
1. Boil the meat until become tender
2. Prepare the vegetables
3. Add the vegetables then boil it for 10 minutes
*Start with the potato,banana and sweetcorn because it takes time for them to get soft
4. Add the cabbage,scallions and pechay then boil it again for 5 minutes
5. You can add fish sauce it depends on you preference.
