1.5 Fresh Ribeye Steak
Seasoning(s) of choice
Instructions:
1. Season the steak with your seasoning(s) of choice.
2. Place the seasoned meat into the rotisserie meat basket.
3. Set the NuWave Brio 14Q to 400° F., 30 minutes cooking time for medium well done.
4. Press the Preheat button.
5. Press the Start button, to begin preheating.
6. After preheating, place the meat basket with the steak onto the rotisserie holder in the NuWave Brio.
7. Close the door and press the Rotisserie button.
8. Allow the cook time to complete.
9. Check the meat temperature for doneness.
10. Remove and allow the meat about 10 minutes to rest.
11. Enjoy!
