INGREDIENTS
Strawberry Smoothie

* 2 cups frozen unsweetened strawberries
* 1/2 cup cranberry-raspberry or cream soda juice
* 1/4 cup orange juice
* 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt

Chocolate Banana Smoothie
* Ice (about a handful or two)
* 2 large bananas
* 1 1/2 cups non-fat vanilla soy milk
* 1/4 cup low-fat or non-fat vanilla yogurt
* 1 tbsp. chocolate hazelnut spread (such as Nutella)

Oatmeal Breakfast Smoothie
* ¼ cup old-fashioned oats uncooked
* ½ medium banana
* ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
* ¾ cup frozen mango
* ¾ cup frozen strawberries
* ¾ cup milk of choice dairy, almond, etc.

Combine all of the ingredients together in a blender and blend until smooth.
