In this video, I made Banana and Turmeric Smoothie
Go try that, it’s delicious.
You will need 2 Banana, Parsley Leaves, 10gm Basil seeds (soaked overnight), 1 Lemon juice, 1-inch Raw Turmeric, 1 Inch Ginger, 1 Tsp Rock Salt and 2 Tsp Honey!
You can also add ice in replacement of water.
