INGREDIENTS

Chicken – 500 gm
Oil – 1/4 Cup
Dry Red Chili – 1 chili
Bay Leaf – 1 leaf
Green Cardamom – 2
Cinnamon Stick – 1 inch
Black Peppercorns – 10 – 12
Fennel seeds – 1/2 tsp

Sliced Onion – 4 medium size onions
Ginger Garlic Paste – 2 tsp
Tomato – 2 big size
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Whole Kasuri Methi -1/2 tsp

Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder – 1 tbsp
Garam Masala – 1/2 tsp
Cumin Powder – 1/2 tsp
Red Chili Powder – 1 tsp
Magie masala magic – 1 tsp

Magie masala magic – 1 tsp

Water – 300 ml

Preparation

Clean Wash Chicken and keep aside

Cooking

-Heat Oil in a Pan and add Dry Red Chili, Bay Leaf, Green Cardamom, Cinnamon Stick, Black ..Peppercorns, Fennel seeds and give a nice stir.
-Now add Sliced Onion and fry Onion till Light Brown.
-Now and Ginger Garlic Paste and Fry 2 Minutes on Low Heat.
-Now add Tomato and mix it well
-Now add Salt and fry tomato till soften.
-Now add Chicken and fry Chicken for 5 Minutes.
-Now add Whole kasuri methi and mix it well.
-Now add Turmeric Powder, Coriander Powder, Garam Masala, Cumin Powder, Red Chili — ..Powder and fry 2 – 3 minutes on low heat
-Now add Magie masala magic Powder and mix it well.
-Now add Water mix it well, Cover and Cook for 10 – 15 minutes on Low Heat.

Serve it Hot
