– 250g / 8.8 oz 15% sour cream
– 100g / 3.5 oz mozzarella
– 150g / 5.29 oz bacon
– 200g / 7.1 oz feta cheese
– 4 eggs

00:22 – 01:38 – First you need to boil the potatoes on medium heat to avoid cracks until they are tender inside,roughly for 25 minutes,then boil the eggs until hardened.After this,slice your bacon and add some oil in the pan frying it for about 5 minutes.
Turn the heat off and begin preparing the eggs and potatoes
01:39 – 02:54 – After you pealed the potatoes and eggs, randomly slice medium chunks into the pan, next start adding the grated feta cheese,sour cream and grated mozzarella cheese.Turn the heat on medium-high mixing everything and cook it for another 5 minutes until the cheese has melted.You can serve this dish warm or cold and maybe add more or less of the ingredients you like the most.
