Butter Chicken Wings:
Ingredients for Marination:
Chicken wings ½ kg
Tandoori masala 1-1/2 tbsp
Clarified butter 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Yogurt 2 tbsp
Chaat masala 1 tsp
Ingredients for Masala:
Butter 4 tbsp
Oil 4 tbsp
Salt to taste
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Turmeric ¼ tsp
Cream 4 tbsp
Tomato paste ½ cup
Cream cheese 4 tbsp
Dried fenugreek ½ tsp
Coriander 1 tbsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
All spice powder ½ tsp
Cashew paste 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Method:
Apply all ingredients of marination on wings and left for whole night. Heat oil and butter add ginger garlic paste, salt, red chili powder, turmeric, coriander, tomato paste, all spice powder and cumin cook well. Place chicken wings in preheated oven for 15 minute. After that add cashew paste, cream, cream cheese and dried fenugreek in masala. Add chicken wings mix and simmer for 5 minute. Dish out and garnish with green coriander and cream.

Spicy Chickpea Shakshuka:
Ingredients:
Boiled white chickpeas 3 cup
Chopped onion 1
Chopped and boiled tomato 1 cup
Crushed ginger garlic 1 tbsp
Paprika powder 1 tsp
Hot sauce 1 tbsp
Eggs 4
Salt as required
Parsley or green coriander as required
Oil ½ cup
Corn flour 1 tsp
Method:
Heat oil and fry onion. Also add tomato, salt, paprika powder, hot sauce and crushed ginger garlic cook well. also add boiled chickpea. Dissolved corn flour in ½ cup of water mix in chickpea and cook till it thicken. After that, keep place in center add egg and cover. Egg will cook in steam. Garnish with parsley and green coriander, serve with bread.
