Chicken Keema Recipe | How to make the best Chicken Keema in Dhaba Style | Easy Cooking


Easy Chicken Keema (Dhaba Style) Recipe, something tasty and quick to make.
It will be ready in just 30-45 minutes. This simple dish is tasty and mouthwatering.

Ingredients:

Onion (Piyaaz) 3 Medium Size
Tomato (Tamatar) 3 Medium Size
Chicken Breast 1 approximately 750 gram or 1 kg (kilo gram)
Garlic and Ginger Paste (Lehsan & Adrak Paste) 2 tbsp
Salt (Namak) 1 tbsp or to taste
Red Chilli Powder (Lal Mirch Powder) 1 tbsp
Garam Masala Powder 1 tbsp
Fresh Green Chillies (Hari Mirch) 3-4
Fresh Coriander Leaves (Hara Dhaniya) 3tbsp
Water 1 Cup for grinding onions
Sookhi Methi (Optional) 1 tbsp
Oil 1 cup

Directions:

First of all, take 1 chicken breast and chop it into small sizes.
Now, use a food chopper or any other grinding machine and add breast into it for mincing (preparation of keema).
You can also take chicken mince ( keema) from the butcher shop.
Take a cooking pot (patella) and add oil and onions into it.
Fry the onions until it turns golden brown and then adds garlic and ginger paste into it.
Now, turn off the flame and take onions from the cooking pot and grind onions in a blender to make it into a paste form.
Please turn on the flame again and add this onion paste into a cooking pot.
After that add tomato, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala powder & green chillies into it.
Now, cook it for 6-8 minutes and then add mince into a cooking pot and mix it well.
Close the lid for 15 minutes on low flame and cook mince to make it tender.
After 15 minutes, add fresh coriander leaves and sookhi methi (optional) and cover the lid for 2 minutes.
Tasty and Easy Chicken Keema is ready to serve.
