INGREDIENTS
1. Boiled Sweet Potatoes
2. Grated Jaggery – 1/2 Cup
3. Clarified Butter (Ghee) – 2 Teaspoons
4. Cardamom Powder
We already saw a video on how to boil sweet potatoes without losing the vitamins and minerals. Let’s see how to prepare a dessert with these boiled sweet potatoes.
Place the sweet potatoes in a thick pan, put a bowl filed with water on top of it and boil the sweet potatoes for 15-20 minutes on low flame.

Peel boiled sweet potatoes. Dice them into circles. Heat pan and add 1/2 cup grated jaggery to it. Add 2-3 teaspoons water and let the jaggery melt. Boil for a 2-3 minutes and let the jaggery melt. As the foam starts to form, add diced boiled sweet potatoes. Cook on low flame. Cook till the mixture thickens. Add 2 teaspoons clarified butter (ghee) and mix. Add 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder and mix. Cut off the stove and serve hot.
