#ChickenSukkaRecipe is a lip smacking Mangalorean dish, of chicken marinated in spices and cooked in ghee. The lovely flavour notes from the coconut, curry leaves and dry red chillies, leave you licking your fingers.
ingredients:
500 grams Chicken , cut in small pieces and skinless
For marination
1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
Salt , as per need
For dry masala
6 Byadagi Dried Chillies
2 tablespoons Coriander (Dhania) Seeds
1 teaspoon Cumin seeds (Jeera)
2 small cardamom
1/2 inch dalchini
1/4 cup grated dry coconut
For tadka
2 tbsp oil or ghee
2 medium sized onion chopped
1 tomato chopped
1 bay leaf
1 tsp jeera(cumin seeds)
2 sprig Curry leaves
1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
Additional
2_3 tablespoon Water
Salt , as per need
1/2 teaspoon kashmiri red chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon chicken masala powder
2 tablespoon fresh coriander leaves chopped
