Almond milk, protein powder, collagen protein, hemp seeds, almond butter, pitted dates! Almond milk can be replaced by any other plant based milk. Use your favorite non whey protein powder if whey based protein gives you bloating or stomach distress. Almond butter is optional but gives you the required fat especially if using this as a post workout meal!
