I used canned beans, so this recipe comes together quickly and easily. This recipe is great to keep in the fridge on busy weeks. This salad is perfect for parties, too. It’s a healthy side dish on its own. You can also serve it as salsa with tortilla chips.
Bean Salad
Ingredients:
7 Different Bean (what you have in your pantry )
1 large onion chopped
1/2 cup cilantro
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp or (1 tsp if you don’t like) cumin powder
1 tsp salt (per taste)
Mix well.
