Delicious MUST TRY Vegan LightLife Ground “beef” Crispy Fried Wontons.
These Vegan Wontons made with plant-based Lightlife Ground “beef” are a great alternative to meat wontons, they’re super easy to make, and most importantly, Ohhhhh sooooo goood!!!

Ingredients:
-1 pack of wonton wraps
-1 pack of Lightlife Ground “beef”
-2 tbsp sesame oil
-1 tbsp soy sauce
-1 tbsp onion powder
-1 tbsp garlic powder
-1 cup of chopped green onions
-1 tsp corn starch
Instructions:
-In large mixing bowl, combine the Lightlife Ground “beef” with sesame oil, soy sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, green onions, and corn starch to make the wonton filling
-Add a small amount of filling to wonton wrap and seal by folding in half diagonally to form a triangle. Then bring the 2 corners together by folding down so that they overlap, and seal with water. Watch video carefully to see how to fold wonton.
-Heat oil over medium-high heat and deep fry wontons until crispy and golden brown (2-3 minutes)
