Fusion Fire Chicken

Ingredients:
For Marinade
Chicken pieces boneless, 500 g
Chilli flakes, 2 tbsp
Red chili powder, 1/2 tsp
Paprika, 1 tsp
Black pepper powder, 1/2 tsp
Ginger-garlic paste, 2 tbsp
Soy sauce, 1 tbsp
Hot sauce, 1 tbsp
Honey, 2 tbsp

Other Ingredients
Oil, 2 tbsp
Mozzarella cheese, 250 g
Green onions and coriander leaves to garnish

Direction:
1. Mix all ingredients of marinate in a bowl. Marinade the chicken for 15 min.
2. Heat some oil in a deep pan. Add marinated chicken and cook until the chicken is completely cooked.
3. Add cheese. Cook and cover until the cheese melts.
4. Garnish with green onions and coriander leaves. Serve hot
5. Enjoy the cheesy chicken!
