Recipe in English:
Strawberry Smoothie:
Ingredients:
Frozen Strawberries-Half cup
Milk-Half cup
Yogurt-3 tablespoons
Oats-3 tablespoons
Honey-Half teaspoon
Chia seeds- Half teaspoon
Ice cubes-As required
Direction:
1. Add frozen strawberries, milk, yogurt, oats and ice cubes to a blender. Blend until super smooth!
2. Enjoy with honey and chia seeds topping.
Banana Smoothie:
Ingredients:
Frozen Bananas -Halfcup
Milk-Half cup
Yogurt-3 tablespoons
Oats-3 tablespoons
Peanut butter- 1 tablespoon
Chia seeds- Half teaspoon
Ice cubes-As required
Direction:
1. Add frozen banana, milk, yogurt, oats, peanut butter and ice cubes to a blender. Blend until super smooth!
2. Enjoy with chia seeds topping.

1. Blender main frozen strawberries, doodh, dhai, oats aur ice cubes daal kr achi trh blend krein.
2. Shehad aur chia seeds topping kr k enjoy krein!
