the country is locked down due to novel covid19 outbreak, but we can’t lock down our cravings. At this emergency period, we have to use the ingredients smartly, so that the pantry won’t be run out of stock.
Keeping these in mind, today I bring our favourite Maggi recipe that can be easily made with a little amount of chicken.
So guys, when we make Maggi at home, it becomes sticky after cooling down and it became difficult to separate each other.
So today I will show you a simple trick on how to make Maggi nonsticky and we will be making the noodles in Hakka style.
To marinade:
Chicken: 150 gm, 1 cup
1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp Red chilli powder
1 tsp red chilli sauce/ tomato ketchup

To cook the Maggi noodles:
MAGGI 2-Minute Noodles (Masala): 1 Pack
water 3 cups

Soy sauce 1 tsp
Red chilli sauce 1tsp
Oil: 1 tablespoon
Carrot 1/4 cup – 25 gm
Onion 1/4 cup – 25 gm
Capsicum 1/4 cup
Green Chillies: 1, chopped fine
Coriander Leaves: 3 tablespoons, chopped
Salt to taste if required
