Trader Joe’s Green Goddess Pasta Salad is a fresh and herby salad with tender-crisp veggies and delightfully chewy noodles. It’s also vegan, gluten free, and keto.

The salad has a sturdy base of Trader Joe’s Organic Brown Rice & Quinoa Spaghetti, with layers of snappy haricots verts and blanched kale with crunchy slivered almonds for an array of teeth-tickling textures, all tied together with Trader Joe’s Green Goddess Salad Dressing.

How to make Trader Joe’s Green Goddess Pasta Salad:
0:05 | Cut corner off bag of Trader Joe’s Fresh Haricots Verts.
0:09 | Microwave Haricots Verts for 2 minutes. Then, remove from package and place on a clean dish towel to cool and dry. Transfer Haricots Verts to cutting board and slice in half crosswise; set aside.
0:15 | Bring a large pot of generously salted water to a boil.
0:19 | Add pasta and cook 7 minutes.
0:23 | Add Organic Tuscan Kale and cook about 2-3 more minutes, until noodles are very al dente and Kale is wilted.
0:25 | Drain and rinse thoroughly with cold water. Drain very well and transfer mixture to a large bowl.
0:30 | Add 1 bag Haricots Verts, 1 bottle Green Goddess dressing, and 1 cup Toasted Slivered Almonds to bowl and toss to combine. Season to taste with sea salt and toss once more.
0:41 | Serve immediately, or chill pasta salad for 1 hour.
0:49 | Tear up or slice Fresh Basil and garnish just before serving.

1 cup Trader Joe’s Toasted Slivered Almonds
Trader Joe’s Sea Salt
Trader Joe’s Fresh Basil, rinsed and dried
