Today I will share my Ever First Chicken Recipe With All of You, Its Really Really Delicious and tasty Chicken Recipe
And That is Chicken Changezi,
I Tried My Best to make you understand how to cook it well
Lets start how to make chicken Changezi Recipe at home

You need Following Ingredients To make it Tasty and Delicious

Oil 1 Cup

Lemon juice 2 Table Spoon

Ginger And garlic Paste 2 Table Spoon

Salt 1 Table Spoon

Dry Fenugreek leaves 1 Table Spoon (Qasoori Methi)

Green chilli 4 (sliced)

Cashew Nuts 10 To 15

chicken 1kg (cut in 12 pieces)

Fresh Milk 100 ML

Tomatoes 2 or 3 Large (to Make paste)

Onions 2 large (sliced)

Double cream 1/4 cup

Yogurt 1/4 cup

Lemon juice 2 Table Spoon

Fresh coriander For Garnish

Chaat Masala Powder 1 Table Spoon

Red Chilli Powder 1&1/2 Table Spoon

Garam Masala powder 1 Table Spoon

Coriander powder 1 Table Spoon

How To Make It …. Steps To Cook

Marinate Chicken with salt, purple chilli, ginger & garlic paste, lemon juice blend well cowl and hold inside the fridge for 1 hour.

2: Now add the yogurt within the chook mix well.

3: now add the bird in a pot and cook dinner the hen until all the liquid dries on high flame.(hold aside)

4: warmth oil and fry the onions, cashew nuts until light golden on excessive flame.

Five: then put off the onions and cashew nuts from the oil, grind it to a easy paste can add milk or water to grind.

6: warmth ghee in a pot upload ginger & garlic paste and fry for 1 to 2 mins on excessive flame.

7: then add the tomato paste, milk, garam masala, coriander powder blend and cook dinner on medium flame for 4 to five minutes.

8: then add cream, chaat masala, and the grinded paste of onions & cashew nuts mix nicely and cook until the oil comes ghee comes on the floor on medium flame.

9: now upload the hen which turned into saved aside with fenugreek leaves, inexperienced chilli, water 1/2 cup blend and prepare dinner until the ghee comes on the floor on medium flame.

10:then upload the fresh coriander mix.
And Here We Go … Its Ready To Serve With Roti Or Naan
