Crumbz and Berries Recipe: (Quarantine healthy recipe)
Healthy 5 minute Beetroot smoothie to enjoy during lockdown (Immunity Booster!)
Preparation Time:5-10 minutes
Ingredients:
1 Cup Beetroot (cut into cubes)
1 Cup Baby spinach
1 apple
2 Bananas
1 Cup Milk (Plant Based or regular mild)
5-6 Dates (Preferably Mejdool)
1 tb spoon Peanut Butter
Method:
Transfer all the ingredients in a High-speed mixer grinder. Grind until you have the required consistency. Mix ½ cup water if the smoothie is too thick. Transfer into your smoothie Jar and your breakfast is sorted. Enjoy your smoothie! Stay safe during lockdown!

Beetroot is high in Vitamin C, fibres and essential minerals. All these improve immunity!
