A quick, healthy and delicious salad recipe for you all in today’s video!

Ingredients:
2 Cups Cubed Sweet Potato
1 tsp crushed black pepper
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Chilli Flakes
1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
Coriander to garnish
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp Minced Onion
Salt to taste.

Take the sweet potatoes in a bowl. Added the garlic, pepper, Olive Oil, Chilli Flakes and Mix well.
Microwave in high heat for 4+4 minutes
Add Balsamic Vinegar , onions and mix well.
Garnish with coriander and refrigerate for 25-30 minutes.
Serve Cold!
