Hi, lovely people! Today I’m showing you a SUPER quick video on how I make my favorite keto green smoothie! I’ve been working on perfecting this recipe for awhile now and I think I finally have it down! Of course, you can always change it to your liking. Add more Vega protein, more veggies, more liquids- whatever you want! Let me know how you like it because I’m in love! I have it almost every single day now. It’s become my staple for what I eat in a day! Let me know if you’ve tried a version of this also or if you have any suggestions! I love hearing from you guys. Anyway, thanks for watching!

RECIPE
Frozen spinach or kale (2 cups)
Vega Protein (vanilla or chocolate- half scoop)
Avocado (half, frozen is better)
Berries (optional, just a few)
Coconut or MCT oil (1-2 tbsp)
Almond milk (1/2 cup)
Water (1/2 cup)

You can also add more Vega Protein, coconut or MCT oil, and/or some collagen peptides. Play around with it if you need more or less fat or protein that day 🙂
