chicken..1/2kg
corn flour..1big tablespoon
all purpose flour..1big tablespoon
rice flour..1spoon
salt..1/2 spoon
pepper..1spoon
red chilli powder..1spoon
egg white..1
mix all ingredients and wait 30 minutes then deep fry in oil tasty chicken roast is ready to serve.
