Chicken Lasagne:
 
Ingredients: 12 Lasagne Sheets 250ml Bechamel Sauce 500ml Tomato Sauce 250g Shredded Mozzarella Cheese 4 Basil Leaves 4 Slices Ham 2 Chicken Breasts 150g Flour 2 Eggs 150g Breadcrumbs Salt and Pepper 3 Tbsp Cooking oil   Instructions: Take the chicken breasts and cut in half. Cover with cling film and flatten by hitting with a rolling pin. Dip each of these in to seasoned (with salt and pepper) flour, then egg and then breadcrumbs. Heat a large frying pan with the oil in it and then fry the chicken until golden on both sides. Take a large casserole and begin with a layer of lasagne sheets, followed by tomato sauce, some dots of béchamel sauce and a third of the mozzarella cheese. Place two of the fried chicken breast pieces on top and then cover with ham. Now more lasagne, tomato sauce, béchamel, the basil leaves and mozzarella cheese. Add the final two chicken slices, two more slices of ham and then the last of the lasagne, tomato sauce, béchamel sauce and the last of the mozzarella Bake in the oven at 180°C or 350°F for 30 minutes.

Chicken legs:
 
1 vegetable bouillon cube  400ml milk  50g butter  100 ml sour cream  6 chicken legs  400g flour  1L water  1 tbsp parsley, chopped  2 cups bread crumbs  2 cups flour  2 eggs  3 egg yolks   Boil the water with vegetable bouillon cube. Cook the chicken legs for 7-10 minutes. Add milk, butter, sour cream, to the water and mix. Combine with flour until the dough is thickened. Mix in parsley and egg yolks. Divide the dough and form a circle, wrap the chicken leg in a dough circle and dip in the flour, eggs and bread crumbs. Chicken pizza:
 
INGREDIENTS 500g ground chicken  salt  paprika  nutmeg  olive oil  Parmesan cheese  pepper egg, beaten  flour  breadcrumbs tomato puree  provola cheese  oregano   DIRECTIONS  1. Combine the ground chicken with the seasonings, Parmesan cheese, and a bit of olive oil. 2. Flatten it out in a 22cm cake pan, and then freeze it for one hour.  3. Cover in flour first, then dip it in the egg and finally cover it in the breadcrumbs.  4. Bake at 180°C for 25 minute. Cover with tomato puree, provola cheese and sprinkle with oregano.  5. Put it back in the oven and bake at 180°C for 15 minutes.
