My Homemade Leche Flan

Ingredients:

7 eggs medium size
1 can Evaporated Milk
1 can Condensed Milk
1/4 kl. sugar (caramelized sugar)

Procedure:
Separate Egg Yolks and Egg Whites
Put Evaporated Milk to the Egg Yolks
Put Condensed Milk. Mix Well.
Strain for how many times until Bubbles disappear.
Set aside.
Make caramelized sugar to Llaneras
Put enough amount of the mixture using Strainer
Cover with Aluminum Foil
Boil water into the Steamer
If boiling already, put the Llaneras
Steam for 35-40 minutes.
