If you like coffee, this tiramisu coffee smoothie is so delicious and it tastes like dessert while still being healthy! This coffee smoothie recipe is great for a healthy meal replacement breakfast smoothie. Put a pep in your step while drinking a super refreshing iced coffee smoothie that tastes like dessert without being overly sweet. Enjoy!
Serves: 2
Ingredients:
For coffee smoothie
1 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
8 coffee ice cubes
1 cup frozen banana
1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
¼ cup rolled oats
For toppings and drizzle
1 tablespoon coconut oil
4 tablespoons dark cocoa powder
2 tablespoons coconut cream (We used 4 Tbsps of heavy cream)
Directions:
Melt coconut oil and stir in 3 tablespoons of the dark cocoa powder until dissolved. Pour a spoonful of the chocolate “syrup” into the bottom of a glass. Flip onto a paper towel and let drip. Set aside.
Blend Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk, coffee ice cubes, frozen banana, Vanilla Protein Powder, and rolled oats until smooth. Pour into glass.
Top with coconut cream and dust with powdered sugar. Serve with a spoon.
