Vegan Panna Cotta with Strawberry Simple Syrup Recipe

The is my last article of the Valentine’s Day Issue of The Sweetest Vegan Vlogazine. I will also be entering it as a homework assignment to iJustine’s Fancy Vlog University.
Ingredients
3/4 cup coconut milk
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tbsp agar agar
1/2 cup soy yogurt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
In a sauce pan combing coconut milk, sugar, and agar agar. Let stand for 5 minutes, then simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Strain the mixture through a small strainer into a medium bowl. Mix in yogurt well. Transfer the mixture into two ramekins and refrigerate for 2 – 24 hours. Unmold and serve with syrup.
