Here’s the recipe:
SNAKES & SPARKLERS

1 oz. (30ml) Mezcal
1 oz. (30ml) Lemon Juice
1 oz. (30ml) Mastiha Liqueur
½ oz. (15ml) Ancho Chile Liqueur
½ oz. (15ml) Simple Syrup
Rim: Lemon, Black Salt
PREPARATION
1. Rim the edge of a shaking glass using a lemon wedge and black salt. Set aside.
2. In a shaking glass with ice, combine mezcal, lemon juice, mastiha liqueur, ancho chile liqueur, simple syrup, saline, and spicy bitters. Shake well.
3. Double strain mix into rimmed glass. Enjoy responsibly!
