Here is a Croissant Bread Pudding! it is a very easy recipe to use and modify! as always I have the recipe in the video and below!

Recipe: for 4-6 people
Time: 50 mins
– 400g / 14oz Croissants
– 350ml /12oz Cream /
or half cream, half milk.
– 30g / 1oz Sugar, you can add
more if you want,
but the ice cream
will make this too sweet.
– 1 TSP Vanilla (opional)
– 2 Eggs
– pinch of salt
Bake 350F/ 175C
until the eggs are done
35 to 45mins approximately
