So… I was recieving tons of requests for a Vegetarian healthy recipe… thats SUPER DELICIOUS! And this flavourful, nutritious, and crunchy Mexican Salad is my absolute “go to” when I want to eat with my eyes and tastes buds too!
Fused with South Asian Flavors this is a sure fire hit even at Parties!

Ingredients for Salad:
2 ears of fresh corn (steamed in butter salt and pepper)
1 Head of ice burg lettuce
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp olive oil
3 fresh tomatoes
5 spring onions
200 gms cheddar cheese
Shahi Papri
1 diced Avocado (if you find one!)
For the dressing :
Olive oil 1/2 cup
4 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
2 tsp red wine vinegar
Lots of finely sliced fresh coriander.
