Ingredients
For yakhni:
Pani 2 liters Water
Beef 1 kg Beef(Mix)
Saunf 2 tbsp Fennel Seeds
Namak 2 tbsp Salt (as to taste)
Darchini 1 tbsp Cinnamon Strick
Badi Elaichi 3 Black Caramon
Kali Mirch 1 tbsp Black pepper
Laung 5-6 Cloves
Lehsan 1 tbsp Garlic
Adrak 1 tbsp Ginger
Pyaz 1 med Onion
For Pulao:
Ghee 1/2 cup Ghee
Pyaz 1 med Onion
Beef 1 kg Beef (Boiled)
Lal Mirch powder 1 tbsp Red Chili Powder
Haldee 1/2 tbsp Turmeric powder
Tomatar 1 Large Tomato
Hari Mirch 2 tbsp Green chili
Dahi 1/2 cup Yogurt
Yahni 4 Glass Beef Stock
Namak 2 tbsp Salt
Chawal 2 Glass Rice (soaked for 30 minutes)
Zarda Rang 1 tbsp Food colour
