1 – 2 POUND OYSTER MUSHROOMS ( DEPENDING ON HOW MANY SANDWICHES )
– CHICKPEA FLOUR SPICE MIX
– FLAX SEED MEAL ( GROUND FLAX SEED )
– HOT SAUCE
– MUSTARD

WET MIX
– 1 CUP FLAXSEED MEAL ( GROUND FLAX SEED )
– 1 & 1/4 CUP WATER
– 3-4 TBSP HOT SAUCE
– 2 TBSP MUSTARD

DRY MIX
– 2 CUPS CHICKPEA FLOUR
– 1 TBSP GARLIC POWDER
– 1 TBSP LEMON PEPPER
– 1 TBSP PAPRIKA
– 1 TBSP CREOLE SEASONING
– 1 TBSP NUTRITIONAL YEAST
– 1 TBSP OLD BAY SEASONING
– 1 TBSP ONION POWDER
SALT & PEPPER TO TASTE ( OPTIONAL )

– COLDSLAW
1/2 CUP OR 1 CUP VEGAN MAYO
1 TBSP SUGAR
1 TBSP VINEGAR
6 – 8oz ( HALF BAG ) COLESLAW MIX

SAUCE
– 1/2 VEGAN MAYO
– 1/4 KETCHUP
– HALF LEMON
– 1/2 TSP PAPRIKA
– 1/2 TBSP GARLIC POWDER
– 1/4 TSP SALT
– 1 TSP BLACK PEPPER
