Chili chicken – Ingredients required.
For Marinating
1. 400 grams chicken (Boneless)
2. All Purpose flour – 1 Spoon
3. Corn Flour – ½ spoon
4. Chili powder – 1 spoon
5. Soya sauce – 1 spoon
6. Ginger garlic Paste – 1 Spoon
Mix them well and marinate them for 30 min them fry them in oil and keep them separate
Chili chicken sauce ingredients
1. Oil – 50 ml
2. Onion – 1 medium chopped (big size)
3. Bell Pepper – 1 Big cube size chopped
4. Soya sauce – 1 Spoon
5. Ginger garlic chopped – 1 Spoon
6. Chili flakes – 1 Spoon
7. Spring onions – 1 spoon
8. Water as required
9. Tomato sauce – 2 spoon
10. Sugar 3 Pinch (Optional)
Add oil in a pan – add ginger garlic chopped – add onion – bell pepper – add soya sauce – add chili flakes – add spring onions – add tomato sauce – add water and make them boil well – now add fried chicken in it and let the sauce coat well on the chicken – now add cornflower water – little by little and stir it well until it gets thick consistence.
Now the spicy chili chicken is ready for have with fried rice.
