500 grams basmati rice
1 tbsp oil
salt to taste
1/2 lemon juice
1 stick cinnamon
2 cloves
2 cardomons
4 peppercorns
1 bay leaf
1 tsp cumin

500 grams chicken
3 big onions sliced
3 medium tomatoes sliced
1/2 cup dahi
2 tbsp ginger garlic
2 to 3 green chillies
chopped coriander leaves
chopped mint leaves
1 tsp full red chilli powder
1 tsp full coriander powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
1/2 tsp turmeric
salt to taste
orange red colour mixed with water
3 cloves
3 cardomons
1 stick cinnamons
1 stick cinnamons
1 tsp cumin
2 bay leaf
1 tbsp desi ghee
