And NO bananas! Actually, combining sweet fruits with veggies is NOT optimal, and will make your body struggle to digest it properly.

I also show you HOW to #layer a smoothie for it to be blended in an optimal way. These steps will make your smoothie healthy and delicious.

The Green Smoothie Recipe:
2,5 dl alkaline, filtered water
1/2 lime juice
1/2 tsp moringa
1/4 tsp Himalayan salt
1 cup leafy greens (spinach)
1/2 large avocado
1/2 cucumber
1 cup fresh pineapple
1/2 green apple
1 cm fresh ginger
