INGREDIENTS:
1 KG CHICKEN
5-6 TBS OIL
1 TSP CUMIN SEEDS
2-3 BAY LEAF (TEZ PATA)
1-2 CINNAMON STICK (CASIA BARK)
4-5 GREEN CARDAMON
280 GRAM – 2 MEDIUM ONION
15 GRAM CHOPPED GARLIC
15 GRAM CHOPPED GINGER
130 GRAM – 1 CHOPPED TOMATO
1 PRESERVED OR 1/2 OF A FRESH LEMON
5 SLICED GREEN CHILLI
1 HANDFUL FRESH CORIANDER
1 250 – 450 ML BOILING WATER
SPICE MIX:
1 1/2 TSP SALT
2 TSP CORIANDER POWDER
2 TSP CURRY POWDER
2 TSP CHILLI POWDER
1 TSP CUMIN POWDER
1 TSP TURMERIC POWDER
