This video is all about getting your greens in! Try this amazing tasting recipe that is kids approved. I have also included it’s nutrition information at the end of the video.

Tips
Use ground flaxseeds for maximum absorption.
The vitamin c from the fruits combined with the iron in the greens improves iron absorption by 10X.
Keep the fruit ready and frozen in a bag so it takes no time in the morning to put together.

Full Recipe
2 cups water
2 tbsp ground flaxseed
2 tbsp chia seeds
3 tbsp hemp seeds
3-4 cups dark leafy greens
3 ripe frozen bananas
1 cup frozen mangoes
½ cup frozen pineapples
1 orange and it’s zest

Blend and enjoy!

Note: Frozen fruit tastes best here as it makes the smoothie cold and refreshing. If you don’t have a powerful blender, you can try adding some crushed ice to it.
