I got an Old style Conventional Biryani Pot For Cooking this type of Chicken Recipes from Charminar.This Biryani Pot with its lid will be good to keep the steam inside when we close the lid and seals it with wheat flour or keeping any heavy weight on lid. Ingredients :

for chicken marination & curry:

Chicken – 1/2 Kg ( with bone/ Boneless)
Onions – 3 Big ( straightly chopped)
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 table Spoon.
Green Chillies – 7 ( 3 pasted + 4 chopped)
Elahchi – 5
Cloves – 4,
Cinnamon – 1 medium
Jeera Powder – 1 table Spoon
Dhaniya Powder – 1 table Spoon
Chilli Powder – 1 & 1/2 tsp.
Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp.
Biryani Masala – 1 table Spoon (or) Biryani Powder
Coriander – 1 bundle
Pudina – 1 Bundle
Curd – 100 grams.
Salt as per taste
Oil ,
Biryani Flower – 1 medium

Ingredients
for Biryani Rice:

Basmati Rice – 2 glasses
( soaked for 30 min.)
Water – 3 glasses
Elaichi – 5
Cloves – 3
Sajeera – 1 table Spoon
Bay leaves – 2
Star Maze – 1
Cinnamon – 1 medium
Oil – 1 table Spoon
Salt – as required
Saffron – 1 pinch ( optional)
Milk – 2 table Spoon (Optional)
Wheat flour (optional – for sealing the cooking Pot)
Ghee – 5 table spoons (or) you can also use Vegan Butter to grease your biryani pot.
